Terms of Use

KarmaLens offers structured, reflective ethical readings inspired by classical themes (including the Bhagavad Gita where relevant). An output is one decision with its reasoning, its options and their costs—not a command, not a moral verdict on you as a person, and not a substitute for your own judgment in context.

Where scripture appears, it is offered as interpretive, suggestive context—not as definitive religious authority for you, your tradition, or anyone else.

The one paid plan is Pro, a monthly subscription at ₹1,499 a month with a 14-day free trial for a person's first subscription. Pro includes unlimited Deep Readings, five a week of Walk With Me, three a week of Council Readings, unlimited Sarathi, and unlimited next steps. Weekly allowances reset every Monday at 00:00 India time and do not carry over.

Trial and authorisation. Starting the trial authorises the subscription on Razorpay, our payment provider. Razorpay may hold a small token (₹5) to confirm the payment method and refunds it automatically. Nothing else is charged during the trial.

Auto-renewal. When the trial ends, and then every month on the same date, ₹1,499 is charged automatically to the payment method on file until you cancel. Razorpay sends a notice before each charge. A person who has already had paid access (an earlier trial, or a legacy plan) starts Pro with the first charge, with no trial.

Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from the account page. Cancelling during the trial ends the subscription at once with nothing charged; your trial access runs to the end of the trial. Cancelling after the trial stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid for, and no refund is owed for that period. A payment that fails to collect pauses the plan after Razorpay's retries; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Pricing pages and receipts — not this summary — carry the authoritative commercial details, including taxes shown at checkout. Prices may change with notice; a change applies from your next billing period.

Everything Pro includes retries automatically while it is delivered, and the page shows where it stands — you are never asked to pay twice for the same thing. If delivery fails, or you have any question about your plan, email [email protected]; genuine delivery failures are made good.

The products sold one at a time before Pro — the Sarathi Session, Walk With Me, the Council Reading, the Deep Reading, the Reading Bundle, the Reading PDF, the Decision Room and the Clarity Sprint — and the earlier subscription plans are no longer offered for sale. Everything already purchased is honoured in full: a running Session or Walk runs out its window, paid Deep Readings, Council Readings, Rooms and Sprints stay accessible in your account exactly as they were, and an earlier subscription keeps its benefits (counted as Pro) until cancelled. A legacy subscription can be cancelled any time from the account page.

Tapping Share on a reading creates a public card page — content you chose to publish. Nothing is public unless you tap share. The page carries only share-safe material: the shareable insight and the verse (quoted verbatim). Your dilemma text is never on it.

You can remove the public page at any time from the reading; the link then stops working. Crisis readings can never be shared.
