Terms of Use

Last updated: August 5, 2026

These terms apply to your use of KarmaLens on karmalens.ai. They are written to be readable; they are not a substitute for advice from a lawyer when you need one.

What KarmaLens is

KarmaLens offers structured, reflective ethical readings inspired by classical themes (including the Bhagavad Gita where relevant). Outputs are framed as lenses and questions—not commands, not moral verdicts on you as a person, and not a substitute for your own judgment in context.

Not professional or emergency advice

Scope limits

The service is not legal, medical, financial, mental-health, or other regulated professional advice, and not for emergencies.

Your decisions

You stay responsible for what you do with the reading—who you tell, what you choose, and when you seek qualified human help.

Scripture and interpretation

Where scripture appears, it is offered as interpretive, suggestive context—not as definitive religious authority for you, your tradition, or anyone else.

What not to submit

Do not use the product to share illegal material, to plan harm, to harass others, or to upload confidential information you do not have a right to share. If a dilemma touches a crisis, use emergency services and trusted people—not an automated tool.

Accounts and fair use

Where accounts exist, we may slow, limit, or disable access that looks abusive, automated in harmful ways, or unsafe for the community—after reasonable signals, and in line with how the product is operated.

One-time purchases

Everything currently sold is a one-time purchase tied to a specific reading — a Sarathi Session (₹149; ₹49 for your first), Walk With Me (₹299), the Sarathi Wallet (₹399 for 4 session credits), and the Reading PDF (₹29). None of these are subscriptions: nothing renews and no card is kept on file. Payment is processed by Razorpay (UPI or card); access activates once Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds. Pricing pages and receipts — not this summary — carry the authoritative commercial details.

If anything you paid for hits a snag delivering, it retries automatically and the page shows the honest state — you are never left paid and empty-handed, and you are never asked to pay twice for the same thing. If delivery fails, or you believe something went wrong with your purchase, email [email protected]; genuine delivery failures are refunded.

Earlier products and plans

Subscription plans, the Deep Reading, the Decision Room and the Clarity Sprint are no longer offered for sale. Everything already purchased is honored in full: active subscriptions keep their quota and benefits until cancelled, and paid Deep Readings, Rooms and Sprints stay accessible in your account exactly as they were. A legacy subscription can be cancelled any time from the Billing page or your Razorpay receipt.

Refunds

For a refund, or help with any billing issue, email [email protected] and we will look into it case by case. Duplicate payments are flagged automatically on our side for refund.

Share pages

Tapping Share on a reading creates a public card page — content you chose to publish. Nothing is public unless you tap share. The page carries only share-safe material: the shareable insight and the verse (quoted verbatim). Your dilemma text is never on it.

You can remove the public page at any time from the reading; the link then stops working. Crisis readings can never be shared.
