What exactly happens after the 7 days?
The room turns read-only: no more questions, and the revised verdict is locked if unused. Everything already in it — the reading, the Deep Reading, the revision, your recorded outcome — stays in your journal permanently.

Can any reading open a Room?
Any reading in your journal, except ones that received the safety-first response — those are deliberately never sold anything. If a reading can't open a room, the button will tell you honestly.
